Armed with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Alexandria University (1981 ), Ayman embarked on a journey that would contribute to redefining the landscape of Egypt’s real estate. A relentless innovator and visionary, he became one of the driving forces behind transformative projects such as Zayed Dunes, Dunes Complex, Zayed Regency, and Rabwa Heights—each a testament to his passion for setting new standards in luxury living.
As Chairman of Dunes Developments, Ayman leads with strategic foresight and a deep commitment to excellence. His influence extends beyond construction, shaping industries as a board member of major regional companies, including El Dawlia for Sports Investment and the Arabian Group for Car Trading and Distribution. Ayman has been ranked number 1 by the Egyptian National Authority for Investment’s Tables, he is also a key figure in the Egyptian Real Estate Council (ERC) and the Investors Association of El Sheikh Zayed, where his dedication to enhancing the sector is widely recognized.
Bahaa El-Din El-Shafey

Engineer Bahaa El-Din El-Shafey’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to advancing the built environment through innovative engineering. With a Civil Engineering degree from Alexandria University (1981), he has spent over four decades applying technical expertise and strategic vision to deliver projects that are both functional and transformative.
Founded in 1977, United Engineering and Technical Consultants (UNETEC) underwent a significant transformation in 2003 when Engineer Bahaa joined as Managing Director, a position he has since held with exemplary leadership. Under his guidance, UNETEC evolved into one of the region’s leading engineering consultancy firms, delivering high-profile projects such as The Liberation Tower, The Olympic Village, and the Kuwait Municipality Building, alongside developments across more than 40 countries. His portfolio spans diverse sectors, including ports, government facilities, and advanced educational institutions, showcasing a commitment to creating sustainable and impactful solutions.
As Vice Chairman of Dunes Developments, Engineer Bahaa brings this legacy of excellence to every project, combining his extensive engineering expertise with a meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering long-term value. The legacy of Mohamed El-Kasrawy is one that spans decades and industries, rooted in a passion for transforming ideas into reality. In the 1970s, Mohamed founded the El Kasrawy Group, a trailblazing organization that has become synonymous with innovation and excellence in the Egyptian market. Starting with a focus on representing top global automotive brands, the Group’s portfolio has expanded to include partnerships with Citroën (France), IVECO (Italy), SsangYong (South Korea), and Nissan Auto Egypt—positioning itself as one of the largest Nissan distributors in the region.
Mohamed’s vision didn’t stop at the automotive world. Under his leadership, the El Kasrawy Group also became a trusted name in distributing major brands like Toyota, Kia, Renault, and Chevrolet, supported by an extensive network of service centers and showrooms across Egypt. His dedication to customer satisfaction and operational excellence has earned the Group multiple international awards, solidifying his reputation as an industry leader.
